The 2012 racing season will see the combined categories of Formula GTi. Formula Libre and Formula M, compete in a single race formula known as Formula Monoposto.

The aim of Formula Monoposto, is for the above formulae, to compete at regional level, in a single series - Formula Monoposto. This will allow for a much larger "grid", more competititve racing, more of a spectacle for the spectator, but most of all, it will allow the individual formulae to grow organically.

At the end of the 2012 season, an overall Monoposto Champion will be declared, as well as individual champions in the various categories.
